Additionally, you have opportunities to network with other members to gain insights from their experiences.

Leverage – Too often in our industry, premium volume dictates your relationship with your carriers. As part of a $6+ Billion organization, for most of our companies, we are one of their largest distribution channels. You’re no longer on your own – you are a member of the nation’s number 1 independent insurance agency partnership. Carriers take note of that.

Perpetuation – Every agent needs a solid perpetuation plan so in the case of tragedy, their families and customers are protected. Not only do we help our members to build successful agencies that become lucrative assets, we outline in our contract a perpetuation plan that our members can rely on should their own plans not come to fruition. Additionally, we have outlets to help finance perpetuation of an agency to family members or employees.

Compensation – No other insurance agency aggregator, cluster, or market access provider pays its members as much as we do – you can ask your carrier reps. Others have tried to recreate our model, but they don’t have the premium volume we do.

Our members receive compensation in five ways:

  • Highest commissions from our carriers
  • Local guaranteed bonus money on new and renewal business
