Agency Foundation 3.0:
A consultative program for agents new to agency ownership, which is focused on helping members establish the correct “foundation” on which to build their business. The program consists of mentoring by The Insurance Connection and virtual instruction from SIAA on topics like systems and processes, automation, and marketing strategies. The program also presents education and training opportunities and provides sales accountability. The focus of the program is to make sure the early decisions about the Process, the People and the Tools are in place and are functioning for a successful launch of the new agency.

Business Insurance Advantage (BIA):
A six week virtual course to help agents write more small commercial lines business. Participants in BIA are assigned a mentor by The Insurance Connection and the SIAA instructor will lead member agents through a proven selling process, which discusses marketing strategies, creating campaigns, time management, cross selling, and a host of other topics to help build a commercial lines book of business for agents with a history of personal lines focus. BIA provides the building blocks for a successful commercial lines sales system and provides a step-by-step process that enables agents to create more income and agency value.

Marketing:
SIAA Marketing is dedicated to providing cost effective, value driven marketing solutions to member agencies. Through resources like the SIAA On-line Store, Websites, Mobile. Apps, SIAA Hosted Webinars and Virtual Conferences, and Preferred Sales and Marketing Solution Vendors, SIAA Marketing strives to equip the member agencies with tools to attract new clients, retain existing clients and create cross-selling opportunities.

MarketFinder:
SIAA’s alternative programs and partners when a risk does not fit standard markets. MarketFinder allows member agencies to quickly identify and obtain direct access to E&S Brokers, Specialty Programs, MGAs/MGUs and Alternative Markets for both personal and commercial lines of insurance. All MarketFinder Partners and Programs are included in the SIAA National Incentives.
