Agency Foundation 3.0
A consultative program for individuals new to independent insurance agency ownership, which is focused on helping members establish a strong “foundation” on which to build their business. The program consists of mentoring by The Insurance Connection’s Agency Growth Coach and virtual instruction from SIAA staff on topics like adopting the right technologies, developing solid processes and procedures, and creating marketing strategies for the modern consumer. The program also presents education and training opportunities and provides sales accountability. The focus of the program is to make sure that early decisions about Process, People and Technology for your agency are in place and are functioning well for a successful launch of your new independent agency.
Business Insurance Advantage (BIA)
Participants in this 7-week virtual program work with The Insurance Connection’s Agency Growth Coach and are assigned a SIAA mentor/instructor who will guide them through a proven process of helping the members develop a marketing and sales strategy for small commercial lines insurance accounts. This program includes education, training, marketing support, and carrier access to help efficiently develop and grow a profitable small commercial lines insurance book of business. The program places a strong emphasis on identifying business classes that partner carriers are actively writing and assists members with developing a plan to target those business classes for a successful campaign.
